Meet Our Massage Therapists

  • A man with dark hair, beard, and mustache sitting on a light-colored sofa, wearing a green polo shirt, black pants, and a gold watch, smiling at the camera.

    Ramsey Rumig

    FOUNDER, R.M.T.

Through holistic, evidence-based care, I address the root causes of pain, tension, and imbalance. Using bodywork, fascial release, nervous system regulation, and nutrition, I take a hands-on, assessment-driven approach to restore confidence, ease, and resilience. The goal is simple: help you move freely, feel better in your body, and keep doing what you love.

    Teshla Nowak

    R.M.T.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to supporting whole-body wellness. My practice combines Western and Eastern techniques to relieve pain, restore balance, and promote relaxation. Each session is tailored with methods such as Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, and sports massage to meet individual needs.

  • Jennifer Hay

Jennifer is graduate of Sutherland Chan School & Teaching Clinic with over 10 years of experience as well as a certified Pilates instructor. She has spent the duration of her career working in Physiotherapy Clinics and Yoga studios in Toronto until recently moving to Collingwood with her family.

Jennifer has always naturally gravitated toward a more therapeutic approach focusing on trigger point therapy and therapeutic exercise.

When it comes to her clients, she believes that education and communication are key to attaining their best results. She puts an emphasis on individualizing each treatment to match her clients goals and current presentation.

  • Karen Steele

Karen is a true healer who has been doing energy healing long before she even knew what was her gift. Karen started practicing yoga as a teenager as a tool to learn self-love and how to feel safe in her body. She has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 15 years and a Reiki Master for more than 25 years. During this time she learned to teach yoga and became a yoga therapist. The lens with which she sees the world, teaches, and works with clients and students is through yoga. Karen’s journey has truly been both that of the Hero and the Wounded Healer. Now she is clear that her purpose is to teach people how to heal on the deepest level. Breath, movement and sound is a huge part of the journey because these practices transform the energy in the body which houses the mind.
