Before your first visit, you’ll complete a short intake form through JaneApp. On the day of your appointment, make sure there is a clear space (about 6x10 feet) for the massage setup and have a quiet, comfortable area ready. Your therapist will bring a professional massage table, fresh linens, lotion, and optional calming music.

Yes, all of our therapists are fully certified RMTs in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Absolutely yes. After your session, you’ll receive a digital receipt that includes all required information for insurance reimbursement if your plan covers massage therapy. Always check with your insurance provider for your individual plan details before your massage so there are no surprises.

Life happens. We just ask for as much notice as possible. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee. You can cancel or reschedule through JaneApp or contact us directly.
