About Me
I work with high achievers who want to feel better in their body, using a holistic framework that includes bodywork, fascial release, nervous system regulation, and nutrition. My goal is to help you move freely, regain confidence in yourself, your health, your body, and continue doing what you love without the frustration of chronic tension, nagging pain, recurring injuries, or unaddressed imbalances.

As a therapist, I take a clinical and evidence-based approach to understanding the root causes of your health concerns, physical tension, pain, and movement limitations. Seeing you as the unique individual that you are and encouraging your bodies inherent wisdom. Rather than offering generalized one size fits all advice, I use a hands-on, assessment-driven process to identify what it is that’s holding you back and address it in the most direct way possible.
